The Park is a high image executive park and professional office campus located in Lake Forest, California. It’s beautiful view of the Saddleback mountains, well-cared for campus, and high-profile location make it the perfect place for business to thrive.
The Park’s office buildings are arranged in a triangle shape, sharing a common area in the center. The owner wanted to renovate its outdoor space to create a modern work environment; a space would that promote work-life integration and a space to inspire business growth and innovation through a new campus setting.
Andre partnered with Caliber Construction and RidgeLandscape Architects to bring this vision to life. It was a major renovation for The Park and its business, so great care was taken to minimize impact to business during the renovation. Andre value engineered the job by working with ThePark’s existing irrigation system, uncoupling spray, and drip valves for maximum water efficiency. As the project progressed, we re-routed sprinklers and added valves to avoid breaking concrete, which created a substantial savings to the owner.
A traditional, aging business campus was transformed into an enviable interactive, energizing workspace – one that brings people together, encouraging work-life balance. Andre installed a golf putting area, bocce ball court and table tennis — all of which was woven by decomposed granite pathways, regenerative plant material, and plenty of outdoor seating for enjoying lunch outside al fresco style. Bringing fresh energy and sustainability to business is – a walk in the Park for us – and now others.
