Smart Controllers

Our self-adjusting, weather-based controllers adjust the amount of water applied daily based on high/low temperature, humidity, plant type, soil type, sprinkler type and slope grade. The weather station set at each controller communicates wirelessly to apply what each plant type needs for that day’s criteria only. Tomorrow’s conditions will affect a new water application that uses weather conditions of that day.

Equipment Warranty

Our total equipment protection plan is absolute, providing a fixed cost of ownership with a no questions asked warranty. Coverage includes manufacturer defects, lightening, theft, and physical damage, with no deductibles or processing fees.

SmartLink Software

Ready to have your irrigation usage visible at any time, right in your pocket? SmartLink cloud-based software uses 5G cellular communication and advances at the pace of cellular technology, avoiding equipment obsolescence. Allows for simple monthly irrigation reporting or In-depth reports of run times and weather data, which is stored for five years.

Accountable Repairs

Time, date and location of repair, including photo documentation of repair work, are included in all our water inspection reports and water usage evaluations.

Irrigation Evaluations

Inspection reports with photo documentation will be performed regularly, keeping you up to date on your irrigation system. Even further, we’ll determine the distribution uniformity of your system, identify inefficiencies, like lack of maintenance on sprinkler heads and nozzles, issues with valves, et cetra.

Retrofitting/ Renovation/ Flow Sensors

Because landscapes change over time, and because irrigation technology continues to improve, so the need to retrofit becomes necessary. We correct water application inefficiencies by putting the right sprinkler device and the right technology in place, improving your water efficacy and plant health.
